Ereene Belamide

Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practioner

Hello! My name is Ereene and I began my massage and bodywork journey in 2007, initially specializing in deep tissue and neuromuscular massage therapy for the first seven years of their career. In 2014, I shifted focus towards a women-centered practice, recognizing a growing need to support the women in my community with a safe space where they could feel comfortable and nurtured. I advanced my training and expertise in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage Therapy and have since dedicated my practice to assisting women as their bodies adapt throughout pregnancy, recovery, and life.

The core of my work lies in the understanding of the emotional, physical, and energetic layers of the cyclic female body. Whether clients are preparing their bodies for motherhood, seeking relief from muscular pain, or simply needing relaxation and a deeper connection with their bodies, I am honored to provide a quiet, sacred space for them to embrace their body’s natural ability to self-heal and transform.

Gingi Allen

Licensed Midwife, and Holistic Health Practitioner

It was in 2002 that I began supporting women in holistic health, when I became a mother for the first time.  I was able to connect my educational background of environmental health with women's health.  I trained with traditional healers, bodyworkers, midwives, and experts in women's emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies. Now as a mother of 3 children and licensed midwife, Ive developed a system of working with the body for deep healing that combines pelvic floor health, cardiovascular, lymphatic, and fascia release.  I use my embodiment as a dancer, ceremonialist, and midwife to guide healing for women, babies, and families.  And it is my honor to provide care for all people.
